Gastronomy with a green flavor
The Native Cooking Award is an annual event highlighting the strong link between premium organic raw materials and perfect cuisine. The participants are given a limited selection of meat, dairy products and vegetables and must find any additional ingredients in the local environment before creating the finest three-course menu using traditional craftsmanship techniques. All within a five-hour time span.
This international cooking contest brings together national teams of Michelin-rated chefs from Denmark, Germany and Austria. Wunsch devised the identity for the event including logo, invitations, signage, press material, photo coverage and the rather spectacular diplomas made from recycled wood from old Danish jetties - a further tribute to nature.
